It starts before windows to a full screen, it wasn't in msconfig to turn off at startup.
Summary
I do not like it when a program opens like that and you can't turn it off. The help menu didn't help when I went searching for a way to turn it off.

Pros
Scheduling is so easy to use. What I really like is that it doesn't have to be on a network. It works anywhere anytime. I'm not a techy and I was able to install at home and my office without a hitch.

This program is awesome, Download (easy), Install (easy). Setup (easy). Then repeat the process on any computer you want your schedule on. now any data you enter automatically shows up on all your computers. No syncing setup, no network setup, no IP addresses, I didn't even need the help of my tech guy who does all my medical practice techy stuff. Puts all the scheduling programs i have used to shame. ICal, outlook, google calendars don't even come close. Use the trial and you will see what I mean.

We purchased the 5 workstations license a few weeks ago and the improvement in our company's efficiency and revenue has been phenomenal since. It was extremely simple to download the software on multiple computers and all the data was immediately available at all five workstations. If it wasn't excellent programming, I'd call it magic. Another excellent feature is the ability to easily customize the user interface, which has saved us a lot of time and headache. Whether you're running a one-man show or a large company, I would highly recommend this product. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Installation of the software is a breeze. My secretary sets up appointments from the front desk and I can immediately view them from my office. Adding appointments is quick and easy. The software offers excellent search capabilities making finding your appointments efficient. Interface is modern and user-friendly. I highly recommend this program for medical scheduling that we are using it for.
