CNET Editors' review
What's better than business scheduling software for keeping you on time, on track, and on your toes? How about business scheduling freeware? Duoserve's ScheduFlow 12 is an enterprise-quality calendar, scheduling, and contact management program that replaces paper-based calendars and appointment books. You can share calendars, appointments, and other data with networked users via a LAN or the Internet using e-mail or Web posting. It offers a full range of top-drawer features, including mobile device integration that syncs data with Outlook and most devices, Reports, Resource Utilization features like 3D Charts, and productivity applications such as Contacts, Timelines, and Appointment History.
ScheduFlow's setup wizard involves several important steps, including different installation options such as whether to install both the ScheduFlow Client and Server, depending on whether the software will be installed on a single computer or multiple computers and different network configurations. Since we installed the program on a single PC, we needed both parts. Given that it's freeware, you get a lot with ScheduFlow, and it takes a little longer to install and set up than more basic tools; for example, it includes specifying whether you use a firewall, and, if so, what type. We could configure port settings manually, too. ScheduFlow's installer offered clear explanations of every step. The somewhat lengthy and detailed setup process finished with a server connection option (for networked installations).
With its Office-style Start button, ribbon toolbar, and tabbed menus, ScheduFlow 12 will fit right in to most business environments. The user interface is based around an efficient, colorful daybook view that we could configure in sample themes or customize to suit. We could click Templates on the right-hand toolbar to call up a list of available calendar templates, including a sample Appointment template. Once you've configured your templates, you can drag and drop them into ScheduFlow's main window. You'll still need to add your Contacts and other data, but pop-up wizards make that easy, and you can access the data from other PCs once it's in your database. Ample help information is available. We were more than impressed with ScheduFlow 12 in our brief but productive time with this powerful, flexible business tool.
ScheduFlow Calendar Software allows you to share schedules on multiple computers. It is a networkable calendar software for managing schedules, calendars, contacts, and booking appointments. This appointment scheduling software replaces your paper-based appointment book. Schedules can be viewed in Day, Week, Month, Timeline, 3D Carousel Card View. Users can share schedules on multiple computers on a local network. Schedules entered on one computer will immediately become visible for other users on the network. In depth PDF printable reports can be grouped and filtered by dates, resources, or clients. Schedules can be assigned to unlimited resources or employees. ScheduFlow scheduling software allows customizing and and color coding of appointment labels and statuses. Scheduling software works for any industry. The software also allows you to set specific user privileges.

"Amazing piece of software"
Version: ScheduFlow 12.0
As a medical practice (american reproductive centers) we have been using this software from its early iteration. We continuously updated to the newer versions. I came to write this review because i feel sad that I'm leaving scheduflow. The good news for all my staff is that we are moving to scheduflow-Online. Same great software my staff is used to but now online. And since we expanded our practice to two new locations having the desktop version work via an online database, my staff and I can access our schedules from home, work (either office), or even our phones. With real time updates occurring while you watch on your screen. I don't believe there is any other scheduling software that can do all that (desktop, mobile, tablets + a database that is in the cloud) for the price we pay.
Its a shame that the reviewer below didn't actually review what this software can actually do for a business. I don't understand why setup.exe gave him such Bizarre reaction.
If you are a small to medium size business and you need excellent scheduling software this would be it. You can expand to mobile and to other locations with a simple click
"Give me a break"
Version: ScheduFlow 12.0
It looks interesting
Come on, folks - is every company so lazy that they cannot even take the time to name their file something other than SETUP.EXE? Like this is the only file I'll ever download, and that I won't forget what it's the setup program for?
Sure, I CAN rename the file when I download it (and I did), but first impressions are important - and this is a very poor one. ALL files should be named the same as the program - AND should include the version number in the filename. That is, this should have been named ScheduFlow12setup.exe
Version: ScheduFlow 12.0
Love the software, it makes it so easy to schedule and share with my assistant, my desktop, my laptop, etc. My schedule is avaialble for both me and my assistant anytime we need it and changes in real time for both of us. I have been using it for about a year now.
Can't really think of any.
Sometimes a person gets the best customer service and I just did. I had a problem (my fault) had it solved via email in under an hour and Scheduflow went above and beyond, they even credited my account and I was the one who made the mistake!! Definitely can't beat that for customer service. I am so very impressed.
