I've been looking for a clean easy way to backup my pst files for years. Just found this, so I installed it, and within a couple of minutes I was performing my first backup. It took a long time, so I was worried it would be running backups all day. But then the incremental took over, and wow, all I can say, it is terrific!
I have it set to backup every 3 hours. I never notice it! But every time I check, all my files are right there, in pst format, ready to go if my main system crashes.Cons

Using the free version, all good & well. pity you can't backup .ost files with the free version... but .pst files are backed up well and when importing them everything seems to be fine, no errors. so very good for a free tool.
Cons
You can't backup .ost files with the free version, you need to buy the Enterprise version for that. But for any non-exchange outlook accounts it works great.

I'm using the free version and it's working great. Love it: it's simple and clear how to use it, and it runs great. I'm thinking to get the enterprise edition because of the additional features. In any case, this is some great software.

Since i didn't pay anything for it and it's working well, i haven't got any complaints about it :)

by far the best outlook backup tool i ever used!! saved my butt a couple of times when i really needed it, and i'm grateful i had the idea to use this program! i totally recommend it because you can count on it to restore all your data when you need it! A+ quality!

i got the free edition to make backups of my outlook account and i've been doing this for some time now, but never really needed them until a couple of days ago. I had to use the backup made to get back all my outlook data after a bad crash, and i'm no computer geek of any sorts so i asked for help from their tech support. they helped me out and helped me get my outlook up and running with all my data saved in just a few minutes! i was really relieved, and i'm glad i used this program!!

I downloaded the free version to check it out first before making any decisions if i will buy this product or not. Installed it and tested it for a few days, and since I used to work as a tested i tried all sorts of little tricks to see if it's really good. Eventually I ended up buying it because I couldn't find anything wrong with it, and works perfectly!honestly this is one great tool to have for any Outlook-dependent user!

"Free Doesn't Work"

The Free software installs easily.
Cons
The software does not permit MAPI Outlook accounts for example Hotmail to be accepted within a set of email accounts available on a users' list of accounts. Tech Support tried to make the software work on my laptop but repeated attempts by their technician didn't work. A new profile was created by them, but it didn't work (Error Message:Backup Failure).The strange thing is that the destination folder had updated the PST files.

Not convinced that this software works.

Not sure how many of you noticed, but this software can actually backup outlook data even when outlook is not running! I set up my automatic backup and now i don't need to worry about anything, i can do whatever i want, and i know my outlook data is still saved even if i am not using outlook at the moment of backup... now that's just awesome! haven't found this feature in other programs like this.

Since i'm using this tool to save my outlook data i feel so much better because i know that if something crashes i can always restore it without any professional help. I have a lot of important files in outlook and it's really relieving to know that it's all safe. Love the product, it has a simple interface and i've never had a problem with it!

can't even think of something bad to say about it, it's really working well and you can rely on it to keep your data safe.
