It is a great tool for visualising database design, and simple to use.</p> <p>I have used it over a couple of versions, and the feature set is maturing nicely. Well worth the price.</p> <p>I would be nice if the primary key/foreign key highlighting remained visible even after tables are de-selected, but that's a teaching thing, not a developer thing.</p>

It seems to be focused on MySQL but changing it's output for other DBMS's is easy enough (hopefully other DBMS's will be supported soon - the problem here is there are subtle differences in the datatypes offered by each product). It's a great start. Mac friendly and it doesn't seem suffer from slow start up times that some java programs have. My only complaiint is trivial - the inspector window should be a floating pallet or perhaps a fixed part of the "canvas" window. I kept closing it when I really meant to click on another item. Perhaps double clicking an item should open it in an inspector window.
