Runner's Log is a complete training log designed for the Palm Computing Â® operating system for the casual or serious athlete. Although originally designed exclusively for Runners and Joggers, Runner's Log has been increasingly enhanced (see the rev notes) to benefit all sorts of athletes and is now used by thousands of people all over the world. To use Runner's Log you will need a handheld computer which uses the Palm operating system, such as the Palm connected organizer or the Handspring Visor.
Some of the program features are: Supports miles or km, and conversion between each. Calculates your pace in either minutes/mile, minutes/km, miles per hour, or km per hour. Summarizes your run data to tell you how far you've run in the last four weeks, months, and year. Has three attractive log formats to show you varying amounts of data. Memorizes your most recent running locations so you don't have to re-enter them. Average distance, time, and pace for the previous 4 weeks, 4 months, and year. Editable activity list. What's new in this version:
Adds over a dozen enhancements, including the ability to track equipment useage, such as mileage on your shoes. The program also now has the ability to track your performance in racing events, such as 5K, Marathon, or any other events you participate in. A pace calculator was also added, along with numerous improvements to the data entry screen.
