RiyazStudio Indian Music practice suite combines Tanpura and Tabla. It's the first software that actually sounds like a real tabla player - because it uses real recorded tabla loops, rather than mechanically placing tabla bols at regular intervals. Coarse and fine pitch control sets both Tanpura and Tabla. Tabla tempo is finely adjustable and can even be set by tapping a key at the desired speed. RiyazStudio Standard plays the rhythms: Teental, Ektal, Rupaktal, Jhaptal, Addhatal/Sitarkhani/Punjabi, Keherwa, Dadra, Deepchandi, Jhoomra, Ada Chautal, Mattatal, Tilwada and Soolfakta - using samples recorded at speeds ranging from vilambit (slow) to ati drut (very fast) - with the Pakhawaj adding Chautal and Dhammar.
What's new in this version:
- Includes taster of our upcoming RiyazStudio Lehera; playing melodic loops to accompany Tabla or Kathak practice.
- Injects extra energy into your practice with our 'tempo acceleration' option; gradually increasing speed as you play.
