Most of us are content to use a lot of different programs for different tasks: a Web browser, a file manager (usually the default Windows Explorer), a screen-capture utility, a download manager, and so on. Risingware Exp+ Free Edition combines all of these features and more into one program, which is handy but also a bit overwhelming.
Occasionally we encounter software that startles us when we first lay eyes upon its interface, and Risingware Exp+ is definitely one such program. It has the two-pane layout common to file management programs, but a plethora of buttons across the top give it a somewhat cluttered appearance. Fortunately, these many buttons are equipped with tool tips, which make Risingware Exp+ fairly easy to navigate. Users can easily switch back and forth between panes, each of which can be used to browse and manage files on the user's computer or access the Internet. The program allows users to quickly access many common Windows utilities, including the Add or Remove Programs dialog, the Task Manager, Startup Settings, and more. The built-in Help file does a good job of explaining the program's many features. Overall, we think Risingware Exp+ is a good choice for intermediate and advanced users who are already familiar with the bulk of the program's features and like the idea of having such features all in one program. Beginners are likely to find Risingware Exp+ to be a little more than they want or need.
Risingware Exp+ Free Edition is free. It installs a desktop icon without asking and leaves a folder behind upon removal. We recommend this program to intermediate and advanced users.

Cons: ... some problems importing favourites and also downlaoding and opening attachments.
