Pros
Integrates with Gmail seamlessly, no ugly looking stuff all over the pages. Just a few buttons only. Full featured, no other competitor offers this much features in one package.

I don't understand why people share negative stuff about RI. I am sure at the latest their support team works very well, they are very kind and quick with replies.

Supposed to work with Gmail.
Cons
It doesn't work! The scheduling functionality worked in trial but as soon as I paid it stopped working. Not sure if the two are related but either way the scheduling no longer works. What's worse is there is no support! Emails go unanswered and there is no info about the company at all e.g. where they are located, contact phone, principals, etc. My bad for being suckered into paying for this junk service.
Summary
I think this company is a scam. Probably an off shore or one man operation that built a half-assed product and just collects money from suckers like me who sign up.
