Pros
I am so glad I found this. "Bounce" works as it should, and it was so easy to set up. I added the icon to the Mail toolbar easily, and my tests all "bounced" back as they should. Thanks very much for providing this way of restoring the feature to Mail! It is very helpful for rejecting unwanted mail (not Spam, but annoying emails) and for giving the originator a clue not to bother again. Works perfectly!

Easy to use once it has been set up but...
Cons
Add to the instructions that after installing the script in the Library, the user must install the button on the toolbar.
To do this start Mail,
go to View > Customise toolbar...
and drag the button up to the toolbar to install it.
Once this is done, you can bounce your unwanted emails.

Pros
Took mere minutes to download, install and bounce. What may be obvious to most, I myself did need to take pause to scratch my head as to why the button did not appear at once in my Mail toolbar. I then realized that I'd have to look for this fun new icon under View, Customize Toolbar and then painstakingly drag it there manually.
Cons
None for me. Use is for bullying and harassment email and other more minor irritants rather than massive spam control.

Does just what it claims. Makes a sender think the email address is invalid. Of course it isn't going to work with spambots but that was never it's purpose. It sure as heck does not 'forward it to an innocent bystander'as clueless jimcarr2 claims, it goes back to the sender. If it's so 'useless' what are you doing looking for it and commenting on it. Some people just have too much time on their hands and head up their arse.

None, it does just what it claims. I dont't get people's gripes it's the same function mail.app always had until lion -as far as I know. -I started using OSX with Leopard.

Brings back this useful (but sometimes underused) function.

Mac Lion developers dropped the ball when the developed this new OS version. Restore Bounce Mail Button fixes their stupid mistake.
Summary
Easy to install, but directions need to be clearer on how to set this up (Go into 'View', then to 'Customize Tool Bar'. Find the blue 'Bounce' icon and simply drag it to and drop it into your toolbar at the top of the Mac Mail app'.)

None, if you use it the right way. NOT FOR SPAM!

Apple should have given people the option of using this. For all those that say it does"t work: it does if you want to "bounce" someone with a valid email address. For all other (frequent) unwanted emails use "rules" in Mail preferences.
