From CrackSoft :RegEx TestBed allows you to test your regular expression in a WYSIWYG fashion. The matches are highlighted and displayed in real time. You can export matches in XML or CSV format. It is built upon .Net regex engine. RegEx TestBed also allows you to test the replace function. Version 1.0.6.1 includes unspecified updates.

Pros: - Allows easy testing of regular expressions, even complex ones.
- Entirely free :)Cons: - Not many advanced options
