Are the demands of filling positions at your job growing faster than you can keep up? This application helps you organize and keep track of applicants and positions.

Recruitment Manager is a nicely organized database for managing information about your company's list of open positions and applications received for each. This application excels in letting you organize and view data about all aspects of filling an open position. Tools for mail merging and editing records are simple to use, as are those that let you attach external documents to applicants records.

This application performed well during all our tests, responding quickly to our clicks. We particularly liked the tabbed interface for reviewing many aspects of a particular applicant.

You're limited to only monitoring a few jobs and applicants with the trial version, but you'll get the idea of how it works. The price may scare away many users, but human resource staff at rapidly growing companies will find this application's features quickly bring order to hiring chaos. Certainly this is a solid application worth giving a try.

The Recruitment Manager allows maintaining your Applicant and Interviewee Lists easily with Drag-and-Drop lists, maintaining your Job Vacancy details easily including job description, technical and non-technical keyword matching, remuneration details, probation and notice duration, locations, departments etc. Analyze your advertising efficiency by matching applicant source to advertiser and then finding the ratio of dollar spent to advertiser per applicant. Divide the interview process into 4 stages, Applied / 1st Interview / 2nd Interview / Hired and easily advance interviewees from one stage to the next, recording their skills and printing reports on their technical and non-technical merits as well as observations during the face-to-face interview. Get a % fit based on matching keywords and priority weighting. Use the in-built email generator to send out customized letters to the interviewees at different stages of the recruitment process. Password to the demo account is the same as login.
