This CD-ripping utility only performs one job, but it is free and easy to use. It's nice that Raptor Audio can extract tracks in multiple audio formats, including WAV, MP3, OGG, WMA, and FLAC. Raptor Audio's no-frills interface isn't inspiring, but it won't lead you astray. It quickly retrieves track and album names from the CDDB Web database and names files the way we like, based on artist, album, year, or genre. You will find a very basic built-in CD player, but the program can't convert files among formats or burn discs. In summation, Raptor Audio isn't likely to blow anyone's mind, but users seeking a no-nonsense, no-cost ripper that supports a variety of audio codecs will certainly find that it meets their needs.Publisher's description

Cons: None at all

Version: Raptor Audio 2.1
Pros: Reads track info from freeDB in a split second. No bitrate restriction, I can rip in 320kbps. Ripped file quality is outstanding. Can rip only selected tracks. Can define how the files are named.
Cons: The skin is a bit shabby, and it doesn't make new folders for each album, so you have to change the rip location with each CD you rip. But other than that, it's perfect.
