From LAYSI:RPM Browser is a Windows 95/98/NT tool for Linux users. It allows you to browse RPM files from the Windows platform and extract files via a 32-bit port of CPIO for long filenames. RPM Browser is ideal for dual booters who download RPM files while using Windows and later install the Linux RPM applications.

Summary: In an RPM browser, you should be able to browse in a tree... View a single file, extract a selected file, ... But it still better than nothing!
