This suite of system utilities earns big points for its versatility, but in some cases, it spreads itself a bit too thin. Quemix Utilities 2004 provides 10 optimization, protection, and privacy tools, including a firewall, a file shredder, a registry cleaner, an encryption utility, and a start-up manager. Each individual tool is a snap to use, as is the visually appealing main control panel; the only thing confusing about the latter is that colorful icons don't actually lead to the utilities themselves. High points include the online-privacy tool, which boasts almost as many features as standalone applications. We also liked the Internet Accelerator and the intuitive tool for adding or removing programs that launch when you start your machine. The registry cleaner is speedy but unfortunately lacks a tool for backing up the registry in case of error. Nor does it tell you which keys are totally safe to remove and which are a bit iffy. Neither the encryption tool or the file shredder lets you choose from multiple secure algorithms, so we don't recommend either for use with ultrasensitive data. The Disk Cleaner and Disk Doctor modules are nice additions, but again, we wished they let you back up your system in case of error. All things considered, Quemix Utilities 2004 best suits experienced users who want a one-stop solution rather than many specialized, separate programs.Publisher's description

Version: Quemix Utilities 2004 3.2
Pros: Has 10 good features to it - Quemix Disk Cleaner, Quemix Disc Doctor, Quemix Encrypter, Quemix Shredder, Quemix Firewall, Quemix Internet Accelerator, Quemix Privacy, Quemix RAM Defrager, Quemix Registry Cleaner and Quemix Startup. Seems like a great product.
Cons: None as of now.

Summary: With all the incription etc.,anti- virus on top of anti-virus already installed I was in fear that I wouldn't get it out before it damaged my computer!
