I cannot think of any. I'm astounded this product has so many positive reviews (unless they were all written by the developer)
Cons
Unusable. Could not find Midi port. Interface is an unintuitive jumble. Looks like someone threw together a bunch of Delphi components and called it an application. And it lacked the feature that I ended up needing most - an UNINSTALL option.
Summary
I saw someone suggest that all the negative reviews might be from competitors. I doubt that though. In fact it makes me really wonder where all these 5's came from. Seriously even if this was a good program (and it's not) there'd be more of a spread. Not only that but looking at a few of the positive reviews I noticed a pretty similar looking style of writing.

Can not add fx to tracks, are only limited to four audio tracks and four midi tracks. A total of eight tracks if you use the four midi and the four audio.
Summary
As i stated before, this program is free, so you cant expect much. You cant expect a top of the line multi-track recorder without paying anything. But i would say that this program comes to be the closest free multitrack thats adequate(o.k) So if you want something descent to just play around and to catch a few licks with SOME layering to it, then this is the program for you. But if youre expecting something in studio quality and actually want to do some serious multitracking , look somewhere else.

The interface is very much like a real mixing board in appearance and function.

I really don't have any cons except that maybe this is probably more complicated than the average user would want to play with.
Summary
I need straight forward controls - click here, record, here, adjust volume here. This program is definitely not for the average user. This does let you tweak each individual setting but you pretty much need to have a firm understanding of audio recording before using this. I would like to see some kind of video tutorials or a better help file with this program then I may reconsider it.

Confusing help section. Mine (~2 years old) came with no uninstall utility. Disappeared from Add/Remove list when I tried to unsinstall, and now I simply can't uninstall it. Company does not answer email (6/06). Ouch!

I don't like that you can only record 4 tracks but thats fine considering the program is FREE!!!
