Pros
I've been using the software since 2010, and I use it everyday. I track my Patients and progress notes. I do patient billing no insurance. Very easy to use and the leaning curve is short. I usually have questions, there support portal is always online to help me. Great program!!

The support portal when it works, is fine....getting them to respond....
Cons
Emails and phone calls are not responded to. On Wednesday and Thursday, waited online for over an hour - no one came on line. Saturday... so far I have been waiting for 2 hours, 49 minutes.... still no response...
Summary
What good is software that I can use because of an internal software problem that takes hours to resolve...if resolved....hours of waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to come online. Desperately looking for a replacement software. I can't run my business with such unresponsive customer service.

I use the software to co pay billing to generate invoices I like the notes area, very easy to use. I've seen some of the other comments, they must be competitors. I been using the software for 2 years.

Pros
I use to to log my sessions, plenty room for patient notes, progress notes and psychotherapy notes. I love the patient billing for creating Patient statements

Pros
I love the cost, I run a small clinic and this software helps me run it, at a fraction of the cost. I researched other similar programs running thousands of dollars. And thousands more for support and software upgrades every year. Anybody that does not like the PsychReport, must be a competitor.

Simply click on any 5 star reviewer name and you will see he/she also gave 5 stars to the developers other products; Landlord and Lawyer programs. Something seems a bit unethical here, the same person reviews PsychReport as a psychologist, Landlord Report as a landlord and Legal Suite as a lawyer. This is repeated at least 3 times. Rest a sure that you can tell the "real" reviews as they are quite negative about the software. Merchant is attempting to hide his low ratings by putting in fake reviews. Program does work with a dated DOS interface, it will run for 1 year and then shut off. Developer will ask for additional money if you want to access your patients.
Cons
When I bought the program I was never told that it was only a 1 year license. At end of year, developer shut off program and asked for 250 for support. When I told him I didn't need any support he said I needed to pay him for another year license! Needles to say I had to redo a whole year's worth of private practice info. Will never buy again from this merchant
Summary
If you are unfortunate as I was to have been stuck with this product there is a way to get your info back after the developer shuts off your program because you didn't want to be forced to purchase program again. Simply, set the time/date back one day before the 1 year license expired and you will be able to access and print out all your files. Then set date back to current. you will never want to use his software again.
