Privacy Winner is a multifeatured application that helps you manage all of these problems.
Privacy Winner's interface is sleek and intuitive, with its major features separated into different screens that are accessed with a set of attractive buttons. The Security screen allows users to scan for and delete a variety of types of information, including Internet browsing history, Windows cache and history, instant messaging, multimedia, and more. The Junk function, as the name implies, scans the computer for unneeded junk files, while the Shredder allows users to destroy files using three different levels of security. The program is easy to use and works well; our only problem with it--which we have with nearly all programs of this type--is that it has the potential be dangerous if used incorrectly. The program's online FAQ warns that "Deleting or shredding some files or PC traces can cause some irreversible damage. You need to proceed cautiously and be certain of what you are doing." However, neither the program itself nor its FAQ provide any guidance in this regard. Scanning for unneeded files can turn up hundreds or even thousands of results; will you be able to tell what's junk and what's not? If you're not sure, proceed with caution.
Privacy Winner is free. It installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users.

Cannot resize or maximize program window.
Cannot save settings of what you have checked and uncecked to clean.
Default, Internet Explorer deleting includes favorites.
Says for Firefox 3.x, and Firefox is up to version 7.x.Summary
Not a bad cleaner, but I have seen much better freeware cleaners like CCleaner.

This product removes too much of what you need. It removed all of my favorites. It removes things you need to operate installed programs. Garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not as good looking an interface as H D POWERWASH seems to offer less than that of H D POWERWASH in settings.

FREE, easy to use, does a decent job of cleaning up. Works w/64 bit systems.

Nothing of importance. WOuld possibly like a little more user control, but I believe you can upgrade to a paid version for more options.
