"Poor Customer Service"

Pros
Easy to use and good amount of features. Including printing to .csv files.
Cons
The customer service is almost non-existent. After several customer service requests regarding key activation I received a automated response with no solution to my problem.
Summary
If you are looking for a directory printing program I would look elsewhere unless you have no alternative.
