Used PowerEnc for Windows?
Developer’s Description
PowerEnc is a small but powerfull audiotool, which combines encoder, transcoder and ripper. You can encode your files or audio-cds with any stdin compatible encoder (like lame.exe). Get audio-cd infos from FreeDB and save them in your favourite tag-format (Id3v1, Id3v2, Apev2 or OggComment). Get album covers from the internet (with the integrated online-cover-searcher) and add them to the tag of your encoded files. Use external taggers for new tag formats (like mp4-tags). Encoder profiles for Lame, Ogg-Vorbis, NeroAAC, Faac, Musepack, Flac and OptimFrog make it easy to edit the encoder configs. If you want to use other encoders you can create your own profiles. Decoders for nearly all popular audio-formats are included. PowerEnc also supports your Windows ACM encoders. Please note that you have to download the "Bass aac decoder-plugin" from the Internet if you want to transcode aac or mp4 files.
Version 2.32 adds support for external taggers and decoder management.
