Publisher's description
From Smith Micro :Poser Figure Artist is a virtual studio providing highly realistic human models to help artists create human figure art for canvas, sculpture or digital artwork. Artists can choose from ready-to-use human figure models and hundreds of poses, garments, expressions, hairstyles and backgrounds, set the tone with a variety of lighting options, and then view their scene from any camera angle. The resulting 3D human figure is a realistic image that artists can use as a model to help draw, sculpt or paint the human form.
Poser Figure Artist is a valuable addition for artists who want to use the human form in their artwork or studies, and would prefer an option to wooden mannequins and costly, live models.

Pros: I really liked the product's simplicity, its high level of realism and the fact that I could create and place figures into any Photoshop image, set lights, poses, add clothing and get a highly realistic result.
Cons: None

Version: Poser Figure Artist 1 b 165
Pros: Still don't know - read on, please.
Cons: Don't Go By The Stars...Rating refers to the DL pkg. - opening the file and clicking "Install" looped me into a non-stop and unstoppable string of ads (the oft-seen "you may also be interested in..."). If it matters, I was using IE.
Summary: I went through 5 rapid-fire pages of clicking "No Thanks" before finally just shutting down the computer manually - there was no was to stop the flow, otherwise - redirecting from one site and ad to another. Thankfully the "redirect" and "ad" pages ... read more >>
