CNET Editors' review
This pop-up blocker's poky and unreliable performance keep it from being as viable of an option as many of its competitors. Popup Chomper doesn't have a traditional interface, but when you click the teeth icon in your system tray, the program will bring up a small window that lets you configure the app's settings. You can manually add sites from which to allow pop-ups, and you can let ads squeak through by holding the Ctrl key. In our tests, the program wasn't effective at blocking certain types of pop-ups and was slow even when it was successful. However, the ability to stop Flash ads is a nice bonus not found in many similar competitors. Popup Chomper eats too much system memory for this type of application and only works with Internet Explorer. Because of its questionable performance, we can't lend this program our full support.Publisher's Description
From VatterSoft:
This intelligent pop-up blocker detects Internet pop-ups, adware, and Flash ads. It includes the ability to restore the last closed pop-up, to remove Internet cookies, and to prevent Web sites from changing your Internet start page. Customize which pop-ups are allowed with the Allow/Block list. Play a sound when a pop-up has been detected, temporarily disable blocking by holding the Ctrl key, and keep a history of blocked pop-ups.

I tested it at a site that I typically get a lot of popups at, and it blocked them all. Haven't seen a popup yet!
