Preview music and movies on any iPod before transferring it into your iTunes library. Use the Automatic Transfer button to instantly select, and then transfer all songs on an iPod that are not already in your iTunes Music Library. Easily copy a whole or partial playlist from any iPod into iTunes. Prevent duplicate transfers: Tracks already in iTunes are indicated with a blue check. All track info gets transferred including the track Play Count, Rating (out of 5 stars), Album. Quickly find the tracks your looking for with the Pod to PC search bar and filter options.

Version: Pod to PC 3.106
Pros: The version has been updated since the video was made. It has a "transfer all" button and that was all I had to do. It transfered all 7,000 + songs I had on my I-Pod classic and all my playlists, videos etc.
Cons: It put up a message saying I could only transfer 10 songs because it was a demo version, so I bought the software. I tend to pay for software anyway. This one is worth it. It did take a long time to transfer evertything.
Summary: Worked great! It does require you to have I-Tunes open which is opposite of the instructions on the video. It actually opens I-Tunes when it launches so that is a bit confusing from those instructions. It probably took 8-10 hours to transfer all ... read more >>

Pros: Free.
Easy to Use.
Can be open while iTunes is open.
Phone is functional during the process, but I don't recommend memory intensive things.Cons: 10 Song at a time Limit in Free Version.
60 Second Nag Screen.
Doesn't seem to work with pictures.Summary: Shell out the 20 bucks if you have it and let that be a lesson to you for not backing your computer up.

Pros: None I could find.
Cons: You would have to lose a about 80GB to sustantiate the cost of the software.
