"Does exactly what it says it will!"
Pros: Very easy to use and does exactly what it says. Will transfer everything you chose and keeps from making duplicate songs and videos.
Cons: None that I can see.

Pros: Transfers music, videos, podcasts and everything else as expected and smoothly.
Cons: For the uninitiated, learning curve could be high as there is no instruction manual. Those familiar with such software will have no problems at all. If you have a large collection of music and videos, transfer can take a while.
Summary: I recommended this app to my best friend who needed to take his music off of his iPod and into his new Mac Pro. He previously had his itunes loaded on a Windows laptop but after it died, his files were virtually stranded on his ipod. He installed it... read more >>

Pros: Everything worked smoothly and got all my files back from my ipod touch to my new harddrive in my macbook pro
Cons: none that i can see
Summary: Superior to other programs simply because you don't have to pay anything, its not some stupid 100 song demo either, i copied all 1200 of my songs
