Plant View is based on the Client/Server architecture and has been developed following the OPC specifications. Plant View is a Data Access and Alarms & Events OPC client. Its integrated development system is such that the Runtime Module is included in the Development Module so that any change of configuration can be executed immediately in the same software environment.

"good for 90 % of the application"

Summary: I've tested it and it has the most of the feature of the very expensive SCADAs.
I'd like to test the version with VBA to adapt more the program to the existing one.
going to email them to ask for the VBA version

"the first shareware OPC SCADA"
