• Necessity is the mother of invention - Pipeliner Rocks!

  Pros

  If you want your sales teams to actually use a CRM the right way, you should definitely check them out. It truly is designed with the sales rep in mind. Bottom line: the more useful a CRM is to the sales rep, the more they will use it and the more the entire organization benefits. I also believe it is the world's first drag and drop CRM tool. The visuals are out of this world spectacular. Straightforward affordable pricing: Unlike other CRM companies that charge an arm and a leg for offline, mobile capabilities, email sync, extra megabytes, and Open API integrations, they have a fixed $35/user price that includes all the upgrades and bells & whistles.

  Cons

  Cost-wise, it is 4 times cheaper than Salesforce for the same features. So the only Con I see is that Pipeliner needs to increase its rates because they absolutely are a superior visual & intuitive interface. The latest version that they just released in March 2013 has got all the bells & whistles that my company needs and more.

  Summary

  The markets change when the demands of the consumers change. Companies that realize this and do something about it have the most to profit. When I use Pipeliner, it feels as if I am playing one of my favorite app games -- I am addicted to it. The support is awesome and I consider myself extremely fortunate that I finally found a world-class CRM that actually does not frustrate me. Once you see what Pipeliner CRM can do for your business, your imagination will not settle for less.

  Pros

  I have tested pipeliner and it works excellent! I never had a problem with the download and starting the application. As to the claim that it is not free, why does everything have to be free these days??? I work for a software house myself and we have the same problems that everyone is expecting everything to be free??? If you do work for someone else would you do that for free as well? As for the software, pipeliner has everything you need in a sales tool to start off with and, most important, it gives you a constant overview of all the sales activities that you have. Take it that it took a few minutes to understand how it works, but once you do that, it is the easiest CRM I have ever used. And, when we talk free, if you purchase the product they throw the entire mobile applications in for free.

  Cons

  Might be a bit confusing at first, but once you get started it is straight forward!

  Summary

  Again, I don't understand why people give a great software like this 1 star just because it is not for free? You can test the software like any other for 30 days. I believe this is one of the best CRM tools in the market today. The visualization is great and the overview even better.

  Never registered the product once I realized it was simply a trial for an expensive app.

• Very useful sales application for freelancers!

  Pros

  Very intuitive opportunity tracking system, outstanding graphical design, smart pipeline and last but not least exceptional dynamic target.

  Cons

  Missing lead methodology, availability to attach files to the opportunity and missing any software integration (I use MS Dynamics).

  Summary

  Among the main pros of pipeliner I see in its the very smart and intuitive work-flow of the opportunities. As a freelancer I need to track my opportunities very quickly and many times I need to add wide range of information to it. Every opportunity has its own "action panel" where can I add all needful data. The great feature is also "Dynamic Target" which is connected to the opportunities. After setting up my goal I can see immediately the contribution of oppt to the target based on their position in pipeline. btw. using drag-&-drop system you are moving oppt through the pipeline!!! I just have to recommend to try pipeliner to every freelancer, because this tool save me a lot of time.

  It is easy to use, helps you organize all your opportunities and gives me a constant overview of where I am standing. The visualization us unbelievable and it is quicker than any tool I have ever used. The offline function is great.

  Cons

  I hope a mobile solution will come quickly to. This would give the product even more flexibility to that it already has.

  Summary

  I can only suggest this tool to any sales person out there. I have worked in the industry for almost 20 years and this is exactly what this market needed. A flexible tool, with a quick overview and the possibility to constantly have the feeling of security knowing that you have complete control of your sales.?The reporting and the dashboards are fantastic and interactive. The dynamic targets let gives a perfect overview of what is happening in the pipe and where I stand.?The "real" offline functionality gives me the chance to always have my data available anywhere I go without needing an internet.?Keep up the good work! I look forward to the next exiting releases!!!
