Version: Picture Collage Maker Free 2.0.7
Pros: It's free. Very good and nice templates for very basic use.
Cons: Very limited customising. Cannot edit photos, cannot add text, cannot drag, cannot rotate, etc. You are just limited to a mechanical process of making a collage using the (nice) templates.
Summary: Good and creative but for basic use.
