"Great idea, but full of issues and ZERO support!"

Pros
Concept brilliant. Great when it works properly. Could easily be a 5 star app.
Cons
Sometimes prints duplicate orders, often missed the address off (not sure why as it's fine most of the time), often stops printing until the software is reset, and search feature doesn't seem to work properly either. I have emailed support a number of times and never had a response, despite paying for this software. Shame as this could have easily been a 5 star app. Good (or any kind of) support goes a long way!
Summary
I wouldn't rely on it for anything other than a very small business on the side. Have to keep check that it is running OK. Don't expect any kind of response from the support team, it appears to be non existent.

Pros
Looks like the answer to a maiden's prayer and I was filled with optimism but only to be sadly disappointed by the absence of any support.
Cons
I tried to set up the free trial but the instructions bear no relation to the options provided by PayPal. I assume they are out of date? Anyway, I emailed their 'support' and got a reply back asking if I was sure I was using PrintMaster! I confirmed this with comparative screen shots and further details. After well over a week, not a word from them in spite of reminders. There is no contact number so email is the only support method :-(
Summary
It looks like it could be the solution to PayPal's inflexible and tedious label printing if you can get it set up and don't need support. If I ever get it working or hear from their 'support' team, I'll let you know if it does what it says on the can.

Pros
I had to process 200+ orders! I did'nt fancy hand-writing that many addresses! Luckily I found PayPal PrintMaster. Tech support wasa VERY quick to respond (less than 5 mins). They even wrote an update in under one hour to suit my needs! Amazing!!
Cons
None at all! Saved me time, made my life easier and meant I could play with my children that evening.
Summary
Like I said before, the technical support was unbelievable compared to software I have purchased online in the past - I knew this software could aid me in a big way but it was lacking one very important ingredient so I emailed them about it and they responded in under 5 minutes acknowledging that my suggestion was good and they would implement the change!
I never thought they would implement the change in under one hour, when I got emailed saying to load the software again so it would update itself I was nearly giggling like a school girl... And it worked!! 200+ transactions downloaded and printed and all I had to do was press a couple of buttons.. Well, I had to peel off the label and stick it to the parcel too but hey, I can't ask for the World... Can I? :)
I ended up paying for the software there and then because I was so pleased and I could have carried on using it for free for 15 days.
