This DOS-based utility quickly generates random passwords of any length, but it lacks features found in similar programs. Password Generator requires no installation; just unzip the executable file to run it. It allows you to specify the number of characters for your password. You also can choose to include lowercase or uppercase characters and numbers.
We were disappointed to find that special symbols aren't included in the program, and unlike similar password generators, Password Generator can't whip up large batches of passwords or create theme-based passwords (e.g., based on your first and last names). A save feature within the program would have been a great addition as well. Overall, this freeware may suit the needs of novice users, but more advanced users will probably want a password generator with more features.

From Chris Blank :This is a DOS program that will run in windows that will let you generate a password any length you choose. This Program will also do random number generation, random upper lower case passwords pretty much anything.

Version: Password Generator 1
Pros: Not exactly the most useful program I have ever downloaded, but I do have to say that I can program a little, and I could write something like this in 5 minutes. I don't mean I don't like it. It's kind of entertaining, watching the letters scroll by when you generate a sequence thousands of letters long. If your looking for something that will spit out a random combination of numbers and letters as long as you want, download this.
