This program is indispensable for people who have many pictures taken with their digital cameras. If you apply the Picture Optimizer to your photo collection you will have them optimized.
Generally, pictures you take with a digital camera are uploaded to your Pocket PC and stored there in their original format, which means original size, orientation, file size and quality. You can have lots of huge image files taking very much storage space, sometimes 1Mb each. As a result, they load very slowly and there is no use of keeping such big pictures on a Pocket PC with its small screen.
