The fact that you by agreeing to install also get Bing (however, this only occurs if you reside in the United Kingdom or the United States!). Thus, I didn't have that problem from where I live.

I was able to download the program easily and it looked much better than paint. When I tried using it, none of the controls would work. The buttons would light up and turn orange but I was not able to use the control. I give it two stars because if it did work, I am sure it would be a great program, but because it did not I cannot rate it higher.

You don't have to buy PaintRibbon Complete, this lasts forever, complete is just an optional upgrade :)
