POS Maid, a point of service and administrative software for small- to medium-size businesses, can manage schedules, streamline accounting, and export scheduling and appointment setting to Excel, making it a convenient hub to connect warehouse, front office, and administration.

Pros

A single place for everything: Having everything from inventory control to appointment setting makes POS Maid a convenient one-stop piece of software. Centralized information sharing opens communications, encourages transparency, and can lead to insightful innovations that benefit the company.

Cons

Overloaded graphics: There are no discernible buttons, drop-down menus, or other traditional interface elements. Instead, everything is smooth with hot spots, which can be clicked. This renders the software unusable.

Poor execution: Installing POS Maid was fairly easy, but running it was another story. Opening the program more than once required a username and password, which wasn't included in the README file and had not been requested during installation or setup. A second download crashed without starting. Uninstalling was equally onerous and took several attempts along with several reboots.

Bottom Line

As a centralized location to handle various business departments, POS Maid is great in theory. Repeated problems with its installation files, however, makes it little more than that.

Great options for less then other POS software

Pros
The biggest pro for me was the inventory. Everything is easy to set up from inventory, sales and even coupons and specials. Has as much as many higher priced software, and is easier to use.
Cons
Biggest con for me is that it has an employee and time clock. Being a single person, I don't use it.
Summary
Best program for a small business with easy to use features. Does as much as any other POS system.

Pros
POSMaid is perfect for a small business or Craft Show use. it is affordable and very functional. Allows for all monetary transactions and keeps tally. It is perfect for Entry level use. The inventory control is more than I expected.
Cons
So far I have not found any issues that i could not resolve. I did have a question about printing, but an email to the support team resolved this.
Summary
I suggest that small businesses review and try this software.

Ease of use, very important since we change the employees often, many features like inventory, employee, customer, and even accounting Very affordable!!! And on top of this they provide free video tutorials !!!
Cons
None that i found in the 2 months that we have been using the software.

This is like a complete business solution not just a pos software

Pros
Easy to use program that makes you want to explore new ways of doing business. Customer service was great due to me having an outdated computer.
Cons
Not too many at all. Maybe due to my fault being lazy downloading software updates when I should..hehe

The email we had when we asked for support because our software wont work.<br /><br />WOW !!! What a nerve to ask for your money back after receiving the software for FREE on your 3rd PC !!!! What money, what money is there to be given back after we gave you the software FOR FREE for your 3rd PC ?; you just nagged for a password and we gave you one without asking you to pay for it !!!!<br />You would like your money back ???? What a nerve!!!!<br />Fine, here is your money back, your entire $0.00 that you paid for this software license for your 3rd computer and you know what, we will double your money, here is another $0.00 back , how's that? ; double your money back !!!!

1.) If you didn't uninstall the software, then we do not know who did, but it is apparent that either someone did so behind your back or your computer is really messed up !!<br />2.) What a nerve, you CHEAP JERKS, you bought your first and only fully paid software license from us and that is from the least expensive software we sell, then you nagged us to generously discount your second license which was of the more expensive software, and we did so, we gave you the second license at 2/3ds of the actual price, then you nagged us to give you a 3rd license of the more expensive software for free and we did, and you never paid for any support all along, now you are going to talk to us like this ????? <br />WHAT A NERVE !!!! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT CHEAP JERKS, AND IF YOU WERE JUST CHEAP, THAT WOULD BE FINE, BUT YOU WANT TO BE JERKS TOO ???? THAT COMBINATION WILL NOT WORK FOR US !!!!

What the heck are you trying to imply in here that we uninstalled the software from your PC ??? If you knew anything about Windows you will know that this is impossible, and furthermore, why the heck would we want to take the software away from you when we are the ones that gave it to you for FREE, wouldn't it have been easier not to give you any free software on the first place ??? Ridiculous !!! 3.) The e-mails : xxxxx@xxx ; xxxxx@xxx ; xxxxx@xxx ; xxxxx@xxx are now blocked from this e-mail address that you are writing to and we will not be able to receive anymore e-mails from you on this address.
