For lightning-fast conversion of Word files into PDF, it's hard to top PDFExec for MS Word. In our tests, it handled a large Word document in a few seconds. Among its additional features are password protection, watermarking, and digital signatures. You can set up profiles to store common program settings. PDFExec also supports batch conversion, for publishing entire directories. The tabbed interface could be more straightforward, but if you don't need all of Adobe Acrobat's features and simply want to publish PDFs from MS Word, PDFExec is a cheaper alternative. If you also need support for Excel and PowerPoint, have a look at the publisher's PDFExec for Microsoft Office.Publisher's description
From LexExec :PDFExec for Microsoft Word, with digital signature, is a PDF conversion add-in for the Microsoft Word product. PDFExec converts any Word document into a PDF file. The PDF conversion is initiated through either menus or toolbars within the Microsoft Word product. PDFExec is fast, economical, and feature rich.
Version 3.3.7 supports Digital Signature, multiple table of contents, and internal links.

Version: PDFExec For MS Word 3.3.7
Pros: This prog is a boon. There's nothing better for the price. Pass protection, 128 bit encryption, document access control, and multi-lingual support are just some of the things it can do. A steal at a twice the price.

Version: PDFExec For MS Word 3.3.7
"This product was just what I needed..."
Pros: I work for a major law firm in Providence, I constantly have to send PDF documents to different recipients all over. I was able to setup a different conversion criteria for each of the major recipients that I deal with on a daily basis. I do not have to constantly change my conversion parameters like so many other products in the market, costing a lot more thatn PDFExec. The icing on the cake was that the conversion criterias included automatic email generation with the PDF documents.
