It's free (unless you want the pro version).
Cons
When downloading PDF4Free, the default install will include the blekko toolbar as well as make blekko both your homepage and your default search engine.
Next it will cleverly encourage you to "accept" some additional software which obviously pays to be in their 'software download rotation'. You may choose "I do not accept" and still download the PDF4Free software.
After the software is downloaded, you will restart your computer and find that what you have downloaded is not what you hoped for. It's just a printer with no easy way (no instructions included whatsoever) and links to their website where you can buy more complete programs.Summary
Avoid this and use an open-source software like Scribus or one of the many others.

belaglik is kidding. My search engine is NOT changed after installing the free software. It is suggested that CNET Editors should give a fair review on the freeware.
Cons
PDF for free does not offer many options such as bookmark or signature.

The first problem I noticed is that it replaced Google as my default search engine with something called Blekko. Do Not Want!

I hope I can do a system restore to get rid of this, but if not, I will certainly uninstall this program.
