  Options for restore operations are accompanied by suggested scenarios of use--all in plain English. Made selective restoration of files easy. Easy to use backup features. Product has versatile uses; reliable.

  Cons

  None so far.

  Summary

  I have only given it a 4 out of 5 because I have not explored all the features yet. The ones I have used work great: 5 out of 5/

• Great product for Outlook users!

  Pros

  I've used this product for years ... it's never let me down. Great way to back up, move, or archive PST files. In addition, the customer support is AWESOME!

  Cons

  Some tiny glitches when moving between Outlook 2010/2007 - best advice is to simply NOT use Outlook 2010 anyway - it is horrible!

• Brilliant Backup & Resource tool

  Pros

  Not only backs up all your Outlook stuff but also any other folders you specify One of the best Help facilities anywhere Very simple and easy to operate

  Cons

  When things go wrong - for instance a Restore if you didn't do your homework first - it can be time-consuming to find the answer. But the Help is so good, the answer's always there

  Summary

  Have used Outback for many years and would feel bereft without it, quite unprotected I couldn't recommend it more

• Great to transfer Outlook to new computer

  Pros

  I just used this program to transfer my Outlook info/email to a new computer and it worked great! Everything else, including accounts and rules were easily transferred.

  Cons

  The only thing is seems to have missed are send/receive groups and passwords.

• Backed up my Outlook emails INCLUDING attachments!!!

  Pros

  This program is simple to use. In no uncertain terms, it completely backed up my contacts and emails WITH file attachments from my laptop, and allowed me to import them onto my new PC. There was no loss of content. I even checked a three year old email and opened up the document that was originally attached to it and it WORKED! Very easy to use. I can't believe it was so hard to find software that could do something that seemed so simple. Now I found it.

  Cons

  Now that I like it, I have to buy it. :)

  Summary

  If you use Outlook and need to back up your data you must have this. So many times I have tried to use the backup function in Outlook and when I have tried to restore it doesn't work and I have lost all my data. Outback Plus never fails!
