OraCmd is a command-line tools working with Oracle directly through TCP/IP protocol and doesn't require Oracle client software. Main features: connect to Oracle without installing Oracle client software. Execute sql command. Run sql script from file. Load Oracle data from flat file (TXT, CSV). Unload Oracle data to flat file.

What's new in this version:

Version 2.3 adds parameter "QuoteStringOnly" to put quotes around string columns only and not ones with values or numbers and includes some bug fixes and enhancements.
