A great tool that's as effective as it is slow.

Pros
OperaTOR is a fantastic package. It makes it nearly impossible for anyone to track your browsing history or pinpoint your true ip address. If you need anonymity when navigating certain sites for whatever reason, this will give it to you big time. patience required. see below
Cons
It can be infuriatingly slow at times. Very Very slow. But not all the time and for the degree of anonymity it provides (high) at no cost I can certainly live with it.

Pros
Does a great job of masking your online identity. Does ALL the tedious work of setting up a proxy for you. You simply download the browser. that's it.
Cons
Can be a little slow at times but nothing that you can't live with for the service it provides FREE of charge.

Pros
This package works just as described. It allows you to surf anonymously without giving up too much in speed or functionality. It does not need to be installed so you can even run it off a USB drive! What more can you ask for?

OperaTor combines the power of the Opera Browser, The Onion Router (TOR) and Privoxy. With OperaTor no data will be stored at the computer you plugged your portable memory into. Version 2.5 includes and updated skin and support for Opera 9.27, Tor 0.1.2.19, and Privoxy 3.0.8.
