Pros
It offers free storage and options in which you can upgrade your storage with them that are also free.
Cons
I cannot really think of a con, but the only somewhat one is that it looks like the payment options for paid storage is based on a yearly plan, which can get expensive. Still the options to upgrade storage in other ways are free which sort of cancels out this con unless you require a great deal of extra storage.
Summary
I think they run excellent options for adding storage, and they give you some storage free right off the bat. These are the kind of sites or businesses that I like to deal with when considering upgrades.

OpenDrive is a wonderfully reliable, cost-effective backup solution with good end-user functionality. Highly recommended.
Cons
Limited backup bandwidth per day for the lower cost plans can be daunting, but once your files are synced it is not really an issue.
