I have no pros to report.
Cons
I paid for the perpetual business license version. They took back the license and told me to buy a new version if I wanted it. There are no 'take backs' in perpetual licenses. This is fraud.

Don't do business with these people. They are not trustworthy.

Pros
This tool is straightforward - even for beginning users like me. The wizard got me started and after that, everything is clearly laid out, easy to use, and the hints are all there in video.
Cons
I would like to use this on web.

I'm a writer, not a geek so this tool was great for me. I write outdoor books that are basically year-long projects. I keep on deadline because I have my timeline printed and posted on my wall.

Pros
I like that it plugs right into PowerPoint. That made it familiar to me and very easy to use.
Cons
Needs a couple more project management features and then I would be able to avoid using MS Project.

I don't usually write reviews but this is valuable to me so I thought I would give it a deserving plug. I do a lot of executive reporting and this generates stunning, fresh, presentations which are really easy to make and which have a nice "wow" effect.

I love that it is integrated right into to PowerPoint which makes it very easy for me to use. It is simple and creates really nice looking timelines and gantt slides fast. (I have been asked be several colleagues how I built my project slides.)
Cons
This is not the latest version. I downloaded this and then learned there is a new free version which I had to download again from their website.
Summary
I have had a completely different experience from the person below. This tool has been a great find for me. In my work I need to make about 2- 3 project slides each month and they used to take a long time to build. Now, I use this tool and I honestly laugh at how much time it saves me.

I've had about 30 or so timeline projects come up since I purchased it. It has worked for NONE of them.
Cons
I have had quite a few calls to do timelines for various projects. I bought this to help. I've tried and tried but haven't had a single one that I've been able to make work with the limited customization of this.
Summary
I have given this program more time than it deserved and have not been able to produce a single usable timeline project. They should spend more time on making a single one usable than making different ones. I simply can not recommend this. I've had it for 2 years now and have tried it on many, many projects and haven't gotten a single usable, quality timeline.

For a few minutes you dream a free timeline toole

- if you choose "advanced installation" you see the attempt to instal unrequested software - finished installation, you discover there is a newer version of the sw - When I start this software, it ask me an activation code. You must go on the company website, fill a form with your data, get the code - tired of all this, I try to uninstal the sw. In control panel is impossible to find the uninstaller. Same thing in Advanced System Care

Pros
We needed something simple for tracking our company projects. This is exactly that. Very easy to use. I love the wizard and the ability to quickly customize project schedules. I tried different timeline makers and this one is by far the best.
Cons
It doesn't have the ability to add pictures to timelines but you can add them manually in PowerPoint after it has made the timeline.
Summary
Great product. I'm really happy about the price! (free :-)). Definitely worth having if you make project schedules.

I found this to be very useful and easy to use. The timelines and schedules look very professional. Love the wizard. Lots of things can be customized. Great for relatively simple - medium complexity project schedules.
Cons
Not good for very complex timelines - better to use MS Project for complicated project schedules.
