  NONE ZERO ZILCH

  Cons

  I've been trying to find and remove this for several days. Froze my system at boot with message: "System / Scanning Devices". Crashed my dual-boot Windows/Linux computer entirely. No tech support to speak of. You also can't find where the company is from their website...which is usually a huge Red Flag!

  Small, efficient, good "window," good customization

  Cons

  Used to work well, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 and tried to reload it, it doesn't work right anymore:- It found my LINUX OS, but cannot load it anymore. More to the point - It won't accept my (paid for) registration code. Wrote to them twice, but no responce.

  Summary

  Load it, try it, if it works, good, but not sure anyone should buy it.

• Did exactly what I needed

  Pros

  Did exactly what I needed it to do. I had installed my recovered disc image using Seagate Discwizard on to the second Active partition on my 320 gig HD. The first active partition also contained a copy of XP. I expected to get the Dual Boot Screen when rebooting but it would only boot to the first partition. I installed this program and upon start up a DOS program starts showing all the Drives on the machine. I figured out that highlighting the second partition and pressing CTRL + F2 selected it as the boot drive. Then what????? Simply press Enter. The machine rebooted and loaded up my recovered XP file. Halleluiah.

  Cons

  There is no helpful help information. It is difficult to figure out what is going on and if you do not create the uninstall disc when you run the program the first time you are never going to get rid of it, so don't ignore that prompt. If you do forget to make an uninstall disc download the program again and reinstall it and this time make sure you create the uninstall disk.

  Pros

  This software installed itself. I've been using it for a couple of years with never a problem. It automatically adds new OS's and removes old ones. It's free to try. If you don't like it, remove it.

  Cons

  It would be nice to not have to access the internet for the "help" page. But being reliable software, I normally don't need to access the "how to" anyway.

  Summary

  I think this is a great boot loader. It easily allows me to swap from Windows to Linux. And I'm looking forward to the day I no longer find the need to boot to Windows in the first place. If it were not for certain people being unable to wean their way away from Windows, and continuing to write apps that only work on Windows, I'd have been gone after the second or third piece of crap released by Bill Gates!

  The best part about this program is the page online where they tell you all the wonderful benefits.

  Cons

  Hard to use. Assumes a level of expertise that is beyond the average user. Instructions very weak.

  Summary

  I'd stay the hell away from this. There are others that are better. Wish I had my money back, it did not help me with my partition creation and management.

  I installed 4 hard drives in one computer. drive1=Windows 2000, drive2=Windows Xp, drive3=Windows 98, drive 4=data drive without OS. I installed Osl2000 to the Windows 2000 drive. Each time I start the machine the drive list is presented and I can select what operating system I want to run. I can name the drives in the presented list. It took me 2 minutes to install and two days to get it sorted. I had problems with 2 of my hard drives because they were already configured for dual boot. I eventually sorted them out by biting the bullet and reformatting and installing the Operating Systems and data again. Everything worked a charm after that. I will give it a week and if there are no problems I will pay my dues and register. Two thumbs up for osl2000. Just make sure your hard drives are perfect before you install it.

  Cons

  No dislikes. It works great once I had done the hard drive homework and knew what I was doing.

  Every day it increases the boot's idle time and actually after awhile there is no other choise to buy it.so if you r not going buy it ,leave it.
