Includes Neuron ODBC Explorer: view table definitions and data, save data as text, and save table definitions as SQL. Misc Tools: View TLB files and convert them to C++ text.
Version 1.0 b7 adds support for CYGWIN development environment, adds multi-tab editor and sample code.
