Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Difficult download and install process. No support. Don't return calls. Can't get through on phone. Cant submit a support enquiry !!! Set up 'My Account' when ordering but now 'My Account' has disappeared from their website.

Summary: I bought this program 2 years ago and had problems with installing the full version from the start. No reply to emails and after several attemps at at phoning the company in the States finally managed to get through and the problem was fixed.

"The Software is great, the SUPPORT is DOES NOT EXIST"
Pros: I first started using Netstudio 1.0 in 1999. It was a great quick easy to use software for graphics. Has lots of potential. I did use the latest version and like the software very much. EXCEPT: It will freeze up in Windows Vista!
Cons: This new company will collect your money and give you the software, but from that point on, your on your own! Phone numbers disconnected, no replys from emails.
Summary: As for as the ease of use of this software, I give it 5 stars. BUT since there isnt anyone around to help you if you have a issue, not even email, I give this software a 1 star rating. Actually it should be a -(minus)5 star rating.
