Version: NaviCoder IDE for Java 2.1
"Fast and efficient IDE for Java"
Pros: I think it's a small program. It's loading very fast. It is native windows environment. I feel comfortable to use it to develop my java programs. I hope it can support CVS soon.
Cons: please support PHP and Ruby.
