just a few loose ends
goek- Pros
- This application is an easy to use and it can do a lot. You can rename files from ID3 tags, you can rename folders from ID3 tags, you can edit ID3 tags manually, and you can take ID3 tags from the internet.
- Cons
- This only thing I miss is the functionality to edit ID3 tags automatically from filenames. Also, when you look up tags from the internet, make sure you have the folder selected and not a file, otherwise the program crashes.
- Summary
Very useful App. Complements what iTunes lacks.
Freddie_the_Mac- Pros
- Online look up of album details, fills in tags and the ability to automatically rename file names. Very practical in organizing music collection.
- Cons
- Would be nice if album art was also fetched online. Need to do it separately. Also when fetching tag info online, would be nice to have it automatically saved instead of manually confirming to save.
- Summary
- Overall, very good tool. It's a keeper!
Great Tagger!

I haven't tried tagging more than 20 tags at once but up to 20 mass tagging and renaming works fine. It does everything I need and most importantly is Free!
Totally messed up some tags

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I tried this out to change about 30 tags for a quiz I was preparing and when I saved them, it replaced all my English text with Chinese or Japanese characters. Very frustrating. I would not recommend it, or if you do try it, save one or two as an experiment first.
Works Great

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I used Musorg to tag all the tracks from a 5 disc box set. It worked really well. Every disc was in its own directory. So I loaded the directories into Musorg one at a time, and then looked up each as a "disc" on freedb. Musorg found every disc and retagged each track accordingly. Exactly what I was looking for. (IEatBrainz, by comparison, looked up each track individually, and missed about 30% of them!) Thanks.
