CNET Editors' review
Primarily programmed to prevent hand tremors from muddling mouse movements, this application barely performs. MouseCage's basic tabbed configuration interface makes it simple to make changes, but unfortunately some settings make a negligible impact when using the mouse.
MouseCage's mouse speed function correctly changed the cursor image, and Beep on Valid Click worked as promised. However, moving the cursor very quickly sometimes caused our test machines to not display the arrow. The Invoke with HotKey function would not replace preset hot keys for our testers, but additional hot keys were easy to set. Setting the cursor blink speed made no changes on our test system. The program's help file is available only from the start menu.
MouseClick's demo expires after seven days, and the registration site is unavailable at this time. The concept is a good one, but with its unimpressive performance we suggest skipping this flawed application.

"This is software I've been waiting for"
Version: MouseCage 1.01
Pros
it is very easy to use and does a great job of controlling my tremor. Nice clear manual / instructions. I tried a hardware box by IBM - but this software is much easier to use.
Cons
Maybe an option to change the guide cursor colours?
No MAC version.
