As the name suggests, this program automatically changes your desktop wallpaper at specified intervals, though we encountered a functionality issue when trying to connect to the Internet.
Mota Wallpaper Changer has a tabbed, no-frills interface that is easy enough to operate. The program changes your desktop wallpaper, choosing from a user-specified image directory or automatically downloading wallpapers from the Internet. You can change your desktop wallpaper randomly or sequentially, at every startup or at scheduled time intervals. Also, you can set the program to modify image resolution by Windows standard or by choosing a filter quality.
On the downside, Mota Wallpaper Changer supports only JPEGs, ignoring other popular image formats such as BMP and PNG. During testing, the program performed well using an image directory, but alas, downloading images from the Internet failed to work. All in all, if you can get past the download problem, you might find this freeware worth a try.
