Mindful is a tool for tracking your food intake and meeting your weight loss (or gain) goals. Mindful features a built-in food database and the ability to add new items, and it auto-calculates users recommended daily caloric needs based on their personal info and weight goals. Users can also specify food preferences, default activity levels, and other information to customize Mindful.
Mindful is not a substitute for professional nutritional counselling, and its caloric advice is a suggestion and may not be accurate based on users body fat ratios or specific physiology. Always talk to your doctor or health practitioner before you start a new diet regimen, and make sure you maintain a healthy caloric intake.
