Pros: Pro - emails can be extensively formatted, addresses can e downloaded and moved to other hard drives. Good variety of viewing alternatives. Email contents can be vewed in the same window as the list.
Cons: Con - limited filtering but might relate to your email provider eg hotmail. Help can be far from helpful.

Cons: I have never used it. Why did I down load it?
Summary: The only thing I use that has office material is that I like to write. But I dont do anything like office work on the computer, so I dont really need this product.

"Couldn't get the updates to load from Microsoft's site."
Pros: Nothing - couldn't download.
Cons: Either my computer setup is faulty, or the web site for downloading doesn't work. I am unable to determine which. As far as I am concerned, this gets a grade of F.
Summary: That applies to Outlook 2003 as well as all the other Microsoft products that link. If I'm in error, some assistance in solving my issues would be appreciated.

Pros: A good programe for nearly everyone.
Cons: Has no down side for me, Thanks.

"Good Program Works as advertized"
Pros: I like then ability to look at emails without openeing them
Cons: Unable to copy and transfer address book to anotherf hard drive or comnputer.
