From Microsoft :Isscan.exe is a new utility that enables administrators to scan the Exchange Server 5.x private or public information store and remove message attachments based on the attachment name or the message subject. This tool is most useful for the removal of virus-infected attachments from the information store and scans for the Melissa virus by default. The example included in this article removes the ILOVEYOU Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) worm virus.
