CNET Editors' review
Here's a quick and easy way to transform Word documents into PDF format. MakePDF installs as a menu option in Microsoft Word. Under the Options feature, the program offers a number of ways to manipulate your document, by changing the size or the format of images or the font, creating watermarks, and viewing hyperlinks and page dimensions. In addition to translating files from DOC to PDF, MakePDF also can merge files, perform batch conversions, and encrypt files. All the program features performed flawlessly during our testing. Overall, MakePDF for Word is a good utility for PDF conversion.Publisher's Description

"Excellent Software. Easy to use, Lots of Cool features (for advanced users)"
Version: MakePDF for Word 5.8
Pros
I can convert my MS Word documents to PDF so fast, and they come out perfect. The PDF that is created also has a table of contents, which is great. The links are activated, and the PDF is text searchable. I love it. Its pretty expensive compared to some of the other tools, and it only does MS Word. I have tried other less expensive tools and they actually repaginate my documents, moving paragraphs and sentences and upsetting my formatting. I cant have that, and it drives me nuts! That's why I really like Makepdf. Lastly, I dont use it much, but on a couple of occasions, it was great to merge a couple of PDF's that I had.
Cons
The only con I think it has is using the merging of PDF's and other advanced features can be a bit confusing. Otherwise, this software rocks!
