MP3 Surround Gui-Encoder converts 16-bit or 24 bit 6 channel WAV files into MP3 surround files with a total constant bitrate of 192kbps. Supported sampling frequencies are 44.1kHz and 48kHz. The resulting MP3 surround files can be played back on our MP3 surround player or Winamp plug-in in surround sound or on any other MP3 player in full quality stereo. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
