MP3 cutter can extract clips of any length from a MP3 song. These clips can be put as ring tone of the cell phones. If the size of a MP3 file is going out of space,then it can be cut and stored in two CDs by using it. It comes with advanced facilities like display of start point, end point, and length of selection. It can play the selected part of the (clip) song. Includes volume controller.

Version 1.5 fixes compatibility issues with Windows 7.

Version: MP3 Cutter 1.5

"Just terrible."

Pros: Simple interface. Remembers folders.

Cons: 1 of 10 cuts only succeed.
Stupid limitations with the section start point.
Ugly design.
Unexplainable suggestion for output file name
(e.g. jf87er4mt;l9dtfj.aac)

Summary: Can't start selection from 0sec. mark, but tells you about it only when you try to save with stupid message "BAD RECORD NUMBER" and you need to google it to understand what's wrong. But music in 99.9% of songs start from 0sec.
